How pricing works

There is no published rate card and no online checkout. Your price depends on the counties you work, the record types you take and how the data reaches you: a daily file, the API, or a custom layout built for your loan system or mail house. Tell us those three things and we quote the engagement as one monthly figure, with nothing else to buy. See Coverage for the counties and record types we deliver today.

Counties: the ones you lend in, up to statewide
Record types: delinquent accounts, tax suits and judgments, foreclosure notices and bankruptcy status
Delivery: daily email and CSV download, bulk files, or an API key with daily change files and full snapshots
